Our experience at Sirenian Bay was PERFECT! The accommodations were beautiful and very clean. Food and drinks, delicious. We had a great time riding bikes, playing mini golf, checking out Placencia on a golf cart, taking advantage of the spa, lounging by the pool and watching the sunrise over the Caribbean and the sunset in the lagoon! There were fun activities to take advantage of but most of all the staff was TREMENDOUS! So kind and friendly! We had a PERFECT vacation!
Sirenian Bay exceeded our expectations. Since COVID, our travels have been met with sub-par service and staff or food shortages. Not here! Every meal we had was served hot and fresh. For an all inclusive, the food was far beyond better in quality than what we’ve received at other resorts. Some of the surprises were lots of seafood and steak options, wonderful smoothies and freshly squeezed juice. Usually there is an extra charge at other resorts for that level of food! The alcoholic drinks were not watered down and they had a ton of selections.
Best of all was the service. Every staff member greeted us, remembered us and were hard working and respectful.
I can’t say enough good things about Sirenian Bay. Our family of 4 (including 2 teens) went for Spring Break last week (early April 2023). We had such a great time and everything from arrival to checkout was excellent. The staff are amazing–so friendly and helpful and anticipating our needs. I am generally not an ‘all-inclusive’ type of person since I’m very picky about food. But the food–quality, selection and preparation–was really excellent and exceeded my expectations. We ate at Inky’s most meals, but also the Beach Grill and the Martini rooftop (for sushi night). The room was spotless and met all our needs. I also noticed the high quality of furnishings across the whole resort. We played mini golf and tennis and my kids did the Beach Olympics and had a blast. Most days were spent at the pool, which never felt crowded. Beach is beautiful. Have already highly recommended this to others and hope we can come back!
