The Mantee Villa
This is the crown jewel of Sirenian Bay, a large family villa with a private pool, hot tub, and palapa. Manatee sleeps up to 14 in three king suites, a queen sleeper sofa in the 3rd floor option room, and a bunk room that sleeps 6 (4 twin bunk beds + full size futon). Manatee is waterfront with gorgeous views. It has a large gourmet kitchen, family style dining area, outdoor kitchen, and plenty of space!

The Seahorse Villa
This is a four-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa with a fully furnished kitchen, living room, and small dining room. It sleeps up to 10 in one king suite, one queen suite, and one queen bedroom + bunk room (with 4 child-sized bunk beds) that share a bath. It also has a washer/dryer. The highlight of this villa is the ground floor outdoor living space which has an outdoor kitchen, bar area, dining area, lots of seating, and patio around the private pool. Seahorse is surrounded by a wooden privacy fence, so you have the intimacy of a vacation rental with all the amenities of the resort just steps away.

The Pelican Bungalow
This is a two-story, one-bedroom bungalow that is located waterfront on the corner of the resort, so it feels private and tucked away. It has a large living area with a sofa and table + chairs with a half bath (and outdoor shower) on the ground floor. The second floor is a king bedroom and full bath (double vanity, walk in shower, soaking tub) with a private plunge pool on the balcony. Gorgeous views of the water and coast up and down the peninsula, and you can watch the sun rise over the Caribbean from your bedroom or balcony.

Minimum stay 4 nights. Rates are shown in BZD and inclusive of 9% hotel tax and 10% service charge. Rooms will be billed in USD. Deposit of 25% is required to confirm reservation with balance due prior to check in. Standard cancellation policies apply.
Starting rates are based on recommended rack occupancy; additional charges apply for extra guests where applicable. Proof of Belizean residency may be required. Valid ID and credit card required at check in.
Stays of less than 4 nights may be accepted within 14 days of check in with non-refundable payment in full.
