You CAN Spell Vacation Without Confusion

Even though our luxurious villas and Bungalows have plenty of it, there is no room in your vacation for doubts. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to contact us for information. Just in case, we put together a few of our most frequently asked questions for you.

Special menus (holidays, etc.) may incur an upcharge. Some beverages are excluded, such as craft beers, but are available on an al a carte basis. Gelato and specialty coffee from Inky’s Coffee Cove are considered gift shop items and are not included in the all-inclusive.

Sirenian Bay features five options for dining:

Our main restaurant, Inky’s, is located just across the street in our amenities area. The three60 Martini Bar is also located across the street, on the roof top of the fitness center/conference room.

Snooty’s Pool Bar and The Beach Grille are located inside the resort grounds.

Choose from these optional dining experiences to complement your stay:

  • Dinner on the Beach:  celebrate any special occasion with dinner on the beach.  Enjoy an intimate dinner with a private server and exclusive menu; add spa services or star gazing for an unforgettable evening.  Available for 2 – 20 guests.
  • Wine Room:  explore our wine menu and dining menu in the Wine Room, tucked away behind Turtle Villa.   Available for 2 – 4 guests.
  • three60 Martini Bar:  take in panoramic views of the peninsula, indulge in our extensive and creative cocktail menu and enjoy specialty dining nights.   Open select nights; menu varies.
  • Culinary Experience:  join our chef for a special dining experience.  Learn about the history and culture of Belize through food.
  • Rum Tastings:  this two-hour experience includes the mysterious and sometimes sordid history of rum in the Caribbean along with a tasting of 5-7 varieties of local rum

In our family-style villas (Manatee and Seahorse), you have the option to be all-inclusive.

If you prefer, you can think of the villas as a vacation home and forego the all-inclusive. They have a full kitchen and large dining area. You can take advantage of our pre-arrival grocery service, or add a private chef to your stay*. Whether you’re up for cooking or want a done-for-you experience, we have great options available.

After your reservation is made, you’ll hear from a member of our guest services team.  They’ll ask you to share your vacation vision, and help you decide which optional services, upgrades, or add-ons are right for you.
